1. Acceptance
By creating a WallzaOS account you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. The service
WallzaOS provides an omnichannel customer-communication platform, including WhatsApp messaging via Meta's Cloud API. We may improve, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure and for ensuring your team members comply with these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, no scams, no unlawful content, no impersonation, no harvesting of user data and no circumvention of Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant WallzaOS a limited licence to host, process and transmit that data solely to operate the service.
6. Fees & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in INR. Per-message Meta fees are passed through at cost — we do not add a markup. All fees are exclusive of GST.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual prepayments are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Lifetime promises
Where we offer lifetime benefits (e.g. Founding 100), 'lifetime' means the lifetime of the WallzaOS service and is non-transferable.
9. Warranties
The service is provided 'as is'. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
