OpenList, audiences that stay current.
Describe the people once — by channel, tags, attributes and what they actually did — and the list keeps itself up to date. Then send it to WhatsApp, email, Instagram or an AI workflow in one click.
Concept interface — example numbers, not the shipped product. OpenList is still in preview.
The problem is not collecting contacts
Most businesses already have the people. What they lose is the moment — and the ability to describe who they actually want to reach.
Every list is a snapshot that starts dying immediately
You export contacts, filter them, and by the time the campaign goes out a chunk of that file has already bought, churned or gone quiet. Nobody knows which.
The useful split is one you can't express
People who asked about price in the last 30 days and never got a quote. Anyone who replied in Hindi. Customers from one channel who also abandoned a cart. Static tags cannot hold that.
The good moment passes while you're building the file
A follow-up that lands two days after an enquiry is a different conversation from one that lands in ten minutes. Manual list work eats the window where it still matters.
Describe once, use everywhere
Describe the people, once
A segment is a sentence, not a file: channel, tags, attributes, and what they did — replied, quoted, paid, abandoned, went quiet — inside a window of time.
It stays current on its own
Someone new qualifies, they are in. Someone pays the invoice, they are out. No re-export, no stale list quietly sending to the wrong hundred people.
Activate it where it lands
The same audience drives a WhatsApp broadcast, an email, an Instagram reply or an AI follow-up workflow — without rebuilding it per channel.
Segments worth having
Illustrative examples of the definitions we expect people to reach for first — not a list of what ships on day one.
Quote sent, not paid in 5 days
A nudge that reads like a reminder, not a broadcast.
Asked about price in the last 30 days
The warmest list most businesses already have and never use.
Cart abandoned, last 7 days
Recover intent while the product is still in their head.
Replied in Hindi or Hinglish
Reply in the language they chose instead of yours.
Quiet 60 days after 3 orders
Win-back before they become unrecoverable.
Green-tick enquiry from a Justdial listing
Source-level targeting, not just channel-level.
What the workspace already gives you
One audience, every channel
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and web chat draw from the same definition instead of five separate exports.
Reusable saved segments
Build it once, name it, and reach for it again in the next campaign or workflow.
Behaviour plus attributes
Not just what someone is tagged as — what they actually did, and when.
Hand-off to AI workflows
A segment becomes the starting point of an automated follow-up, not a dead CSV.
Still in preview
These are the parts we are finishing. We would rather tell you they are not shipped than have you build a campaign around one.
- Self-updating segments — membership recomputes as conversations and records change
- Source attribution inside segments (which listing, ad or form someone came from)
- Audience size and overlap previews before you send
- Suppression rules — quiet hours, opted-out contacts, and do-not-disturb windows
- Pricing and packaging for the Pro tier
One family, one set of records
Straight answers
How is this different from tagging contacts?
Tags describe what someone is. A segment describes what someone did, inside a window, and keeps recomputing. Tags stay; they just stop being the only thing you can act on.
Do I need to import my contacts?
No. Audiences are built from people already in your WallzaOS workspace — anyone who has messaged you, filled a form or been added by your team.
Can I use it for WhatsApp broadcasts?
That is the main use. A segment becomes the audience of a campaign, with the platform's own consent and quiet-hour rules applied at send time.
When is it available?
OpenList is in preview. We are letting a small number of workspaces try it before the full reveal so we can fix what is awkward rather than announce it first.
Tell us who you need to reach
Describe the audience you keep failing to assemble. We are picking early-access workspaces by how badly they need the thing we are building.
